| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá aspekty ošetřovatelství pacientů v domácí péči s diagnózou diabetes mellitus. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabývám popisem podstaty onemocnění diabetes mellitus, teorií ošetřovatelského procesu, popisem vybraného ošetřovatelského modelu Marjory Gordon a charakteristikou domácí péče. V praktické části je popsán pomocí kazuistik a ošetřovatelského plánu ošetřovatelský proces o dvě vybrané klientky agentury domácí péče, které trpí onemocněním diabetes mellitus 2. typu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis examines aspects of nursing home care of patients with a diagnosis of diabetes mellitus. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the summary of the diabetes mellitus, theories of nursing process, description of selected nursing Marjory Gordon and charasteristic essence of home care. The practical part of thesis is described by means of case studies and nursing care plan nursing process on two selected clients of home care agencies that suffer from diabetes mellitus type 2. |
