| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce s názvem "Mobbing ve zdravotnictví- hrozba moderní doby", se zabývá fenoménem psychického teroru v pracovním prostředí. Snaží se nabídnout komplexní pohled na tento celospolečenský problém. Náplní teoretické části bylo kvantitativní průzkumné šetření. Cílem tohoto šetření bylo nejen poodhalit povědomí o mobbingu mezi všeobecnými sestrami, ale také přispět k vyšší informovanosti. Edukační leták, který je součástí práce, může sloužit jako prevence či významně snížit následky, tohoto celosvětového problému. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis titled "Mobbing in zdravotnictví- threat of modern times," discusses the phenomenon of psychological terror in the work environment. It seeks to offer a comprehensive view of this societal problem. In the practical part was on quantitative research. The aim of this investigation was to uncover awareness of mobbing among general nurses and also contribute to higher awareness. Educational brochure, which is part of the work, can serve as prevention or significantly reduce the consequences of this global problem. |
