dc.description.abstractTématem práce je návrh bezpečného dohledu svítivých diod pro železniční světelná návěstidla, s využitím fotovoltaického jevu, který vykazují i LED, ačkoli nejsou konstruovány pro detekci světla. Práce v úvodní části shrnuje některé v současnosti používané principy pro bezpečný dohled svícení LED, založené na sledování voltampérových charakteristik a jejich využití v redundantním systému. Dále je diskutována problematika náhrady žárovek svítivými diodami v klasických návěstidlech.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis briefly introduces the basic principles of fail-safe monitoring of light emitting diodes inf railway signalling applicantions. The monitoring uses photovoltaic effect, which can be observed on the light emitting diodes, although it is not considered commonly, that they should be used as a light detecting device. The beginning of this paper summarizes some used principles of fail-safe monitoring of light emitting diodes, based on current-voltage characteristic measurement and its use in redundant system. Next the replacement of light bulbs with LEDs in classic signals is discussed.en
