| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o služebnosti stezky, průhonu a cesty od dob římského práva až do současnosti. Práce vymezuje obecně pojem služebnosti, jejich vznik a zánik. V dalších kapitolách je popsán vývoj služebnosti stezky, průhonu a cesty, dále jejich uplatnění v praxi a krátce je definována pozemní a účelová komunikace. Poslední část práce pojednává o nezbytné cestě, kterou lze též zřídit jako služebnost. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelors thesis is about servitudes of a driveway, the passage of cattle from the roman laws until now. The thesis defines general idea of servitudes, their creation and termination. In the next chapters is discussed evolution of servitudes of a driveway, the passage of cattle, further their application and shortly is defined infrastructure and private road. The last chapter is discussed neccessery pathway, which can be established as the servitudes. |
