| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se orientuje na vztah mezi porodními asistentkami a vietnamskými ženami s jazykovou bariérou. V teoretické části je popsáno všeobecné pojetí multikultury, odlišnosti národních menšin a také je věnována kapitola komunikaci, která je nezbytná v poskytování péče. Na závěr je podrobněji popsána vietnamská komunita, na kterou je celá má práce orientována. Praktická část obsahuje rozbor dvou rozhovorů, z nichž jeden je s porodní asistentkou a druhý s vietnamskou ženou. V obou je popsán vzájemný vztah, přístup a problémy, které jsou potřeba řešit. |
| Abstract in different language: | My bachelor thesis is focused on the relationship between midwives and Vietnamese women who have language barrier. There is described general conception of multiculturalism, national minorities and in more detail subscribed VIetnamese community in the theoretical part of bachelor thesis. Practical part is composition of two interviews from which one is with midwife and the second with Vietnamese woman living in Czech Republic. In both interviews is description of interrelation, attitude to one another and the problems which are necessary to solve. |
