| Abstract: | Téma bakalářské práce je problematika močové inkontinence u žen a jí vliv na kvalitu života. Cílem práce je posoudit vliv močové inkontinence na kvalitu života žen. Práce je rozčleněna na dvě části. V první části je vymezen pojem kvality života a její definice. Dále je zde popsána anatomie a fyziologie močových cest, klasifikace močové inkontinence, její etiologie, diagnostika, léčba, prevence a edukace. Druhá část na podkladě dotazníku vlastní konstrukce a standardizovaného dotazníku I-QoL dokládá míru informovanosti a kvalitu života žen s močovou inkontinencí v Plzeňském kraji. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of the thesis is the problem of urinary incontinence in women end its their quality ot life. The aim of the work is to assess the impact of urinary incontinence on quality of life in women. The thesis is devided into two parts. In the first part the term quality of life is defined. Also it describes anatomy and physiology of urinary pract, classification of urinary incontinece and its etiology, diagnostics, treatment, prophylaxis and education. The other part presents the exten of awareness among women with urinary incontinence in Pilsen region and their quality of life according to data from an originally created questionnaire as well as from standardized I-QoL questionnaire. |
