| Abstract: | Předmětem a cílem této bakalářské práce je sestavení ošetřovatelského plánu u pacientů s kardiometabolickým syndromem. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na charakteristiku kardiometabolického syndromu a jeho jednotlivé složky. V dalších kapitolách jsem popsala prevenci kardiometabolického syndromu a jeho léčbu. V praktické části jsem se pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu snažila analyzovat životní styl pacientů s kardiometabolickým syndromem a zmapovat, jaké mají znalosti o svém onemocnění. Rovněž jsem zjišťovala, jak je účinná edukace a zda se jí pacienti řídí. V diskuzi jsem shrnula všechny dostupné poznatky, které jsem získala v rozhovorech a porovnala je s literaturou a s osobními souhrny znalostí. V závěru jsem doporučila důslednější edukaci pacientů s návrhem opatření pro prevenci a léčbu kardiometabolického syndromu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic and aim of this bachelor´s dissertation is the evaluate their awareness about the disease. I also assessed the effectiveness of education and the compliance of the patients. In the discussion I summarized all available information from my interviews with the patients and compared it with the literature and with compilation of nursing care plan in patients with cardiometabolic syndrome. The paper is divided in two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I focus on the characteristics of cardiometabolic syndrome and its components. Further on, I described the prevention and treatment of cardiometabolic syndrome. In the practical part, using qualitative research I tried to analyse the lifestyle of the patients with cardiometabolic syndrome and topersonal summaries of knowledge. In the conclusion I recommended stronger education of patients with the suggestion of measures for prevention and treatment of cardiometabolic syndrome. |
