| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na bolest jako ošetřovatelský problém. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definici, historii a dělení bolesti, dále na léčbu bolesti, zabývá se i ošetřovatelským procem o pacienta s bolestí, ale i psychologickými aspekty bolesti. Praktická část popisuje kvalitu života pacientů s neuropatickou bolestí. Bylo provedeno výzkumné šetření metodou rozhovoru a za pomoci standardizovaného dotazníku Světové zdravotnické organizace WHOQOL-BREF. Výsledkem výzkumného šetření je narušení kvality života u pacientů s neuropatickou bolestí. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is focused on the pain as the nursing problem. The theoretical part is focused on the definition and history of the Division of pain, pain treatment, and the nursing process of the patient with pain, but the psychological aspects of pain. The practical part describes the quality of life of patients with neuropathic pain. The research was carried out of the investigation by the method of interview and with the help of a standardised questionnaire World Health orga-nisation WHOQOL-BREF. The result of the research investigation is a violation of the quality of life for the pa-confronting with neuropathic pain. |
