| Abstract: | Jak už z názvu diplomové práce vyplývá, teoretická část popisuje civilizační onemocnění diabetes mellitus se všemi jeho akutními i chronickými komplikacemi, ke kterým patří i velmi závažný syndrom diabetické nohy. Kapitola syndrom diabetické nohy je zaměřena na rizikové faktory ovlivňující vznik tohoto onemocnění, lokální terapii tzv. vlhkého hojení a nutriční terapii, která u diabetu nesmí být opomenuta. Třetí kapitola teoretické části se zabývá faktory, ovlivňující výběr primárního terapeutického krytí na tyto chronické rány. Pro praktickou část diplomové práce byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkum, který obsahuje dvě kazuistiky pacientů se syndromem diabetické nohy. U obou kazuistik je zpracována kompletní anamnéza, katamnéza a ošetřovatelský proces dle modelu Marjory Gordon. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part contains description of lifestyle diseases diabetes mellitus with all actual and chronicle complications such us for example diabetic foot syndrome. This chapter is focused on risk factors that influence the emergence of this disease, local therapy called moist wound healing and nutritional therapy which is very important. Next chapter of theoretical part looks at the factors influencing the choice of the primary therapeutic cover of these chronic wounds. The practical part of thesis contains quality research where are two casuistry of patiens with diabetic foot syndrome. The both casuistries contain complete anamnesis, catamnesis and nursing process according Marjory Gordon´s model. |
