dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi simulace distribuovaných souborových systémů. Součástí práce je návrh možného využití hierarchického modelu uložení dat v distribuovaném souborovém systému a měření propustnosti dat navrženého systému. Měření proběhlo na simulátoru, který byl vytvořen v praktické části práce. Pomocí simulátoru lze měřit libovolné zapojení spolu se specifickými nastaveními distribuovaných souborových systémů.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis deals with the topic of distributed file system simulations. As a part of this thesis possible uses of hierarchical storage management are examined and a distributed file system with hierarchical storage management is proposed and later measured. Throughput measurement was done using simulator, that was implemented in practical part of this thesis. The implemented simulator can be used to measure distributed file system with user defined architecture and specific options.en
