| Abstract: | Práce pojednává o patofyziologii nemoci, o jednotlivých stádiích a klinických projevech, o diagnostice a screeningových programech. Historie nemoci je popsána od prvních zmínek na evropském kontinentu z konce 15. století. Dále je zmíněna diagnostika, léčba a ošetřování nemocných s vrozenou syfilis v minulosti. Archeologické nálezy nemocných jsou srovnány s případem nemocného dítěte narozeného v roce 2009. V práci je také pojednáno o dřívějším ošetřování nemocných a srovnání s dnešní péčí, zmíněna je i práce depistážních sester. |
| Abstract in different language: | Thesis discusses the pathophysiology of the disease, the individual stages and clinical manifestations, diagnosis and screening programs. There is a description of disease history since the first references on the European continent in the late 15th century. There is also mentioned a historical diagnosis, treatment and nursing of patients with congenital syphilis. Archaeological findings of patients are compared with the case of a sick child born in 2009. The work also discusses the historical treatment of patients compared to today's nursing and care of screening nurses. |
