dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá ošetřovatelským procesem u pacientů s tuberkulózou. V teoretické části je popsána historie tohoto onemocnění, jeho definice, epidemiologie, klinický obraz, diagnostika, léčba. Dále pak mimoplicní forma tuberkulózy, rezistentní forma. Systém dohledu nad tuberkulózou v České republice, výskyt tuberkulózy u nás a ve světě. Specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s tuberkulózou. V praktické části se ve třech kazuistikách věnuji ošetřovatelské péči a interpretuji rozhovor s pacienty.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with the nursing process for patients with tuberculosis. The theoretical part describes the history of the disease, its definition, epidemiology, clinical presentation, diagnosis, and treatment. Furthermore, this part deals with the resistant extrapulmonary form of tuberculosis, as well as the tuberculosis surveillance system in the Czech Republic, the incidence of tuberculosis in our country and in the world, and the specifics of nursing care for patients with tuberculosis. In the practical part, three cases are presented with focus on the nursing care and interpretation of conversations with patients.en
