V teoretické části je zpracován profil nemoci z hlediska její historie, vzniku, klinického obrazu, diagnostiky a léčby. Dále obsahuje specifika ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s roztroušenou sklerózou a charakteristiku domácí péče, její historii, organizaci, rozsah a možnosti. V praktické části jsou zpracovány a následně porovnány dvě kazuistiky pacientek s roztroušenou sklerózou, které využívají služby domácí péče. |

The theoretical part contains the profile of the disease in terms of its history, origin, clinical presentation, diagnosis and treatment. Part also includes specifics of nursing care of patients with multiple sclerosis and characteristic of home healthcare from the view of history, organization, range of care and possibilities. In the practical part are processed and compared the cases of two patients with multiple sclerosis using services of home health care. |
