| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na organické tranzistory a jejich metody charakterizace. První část práce je zacílena na seznámení s tranzistory, v dalších částech jsou uvedeny metody charakterizace a jejich postupy, tím jsou myšleny zejména statické a dynamické charakteristiky jak anorganických, tak i organických tranzistorů. V poslední části práce jsou implementovány znalosti z předcházejících kapitol práce do praxe. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis focuses on organic transistors and their characterization methods. The first part of the thesis is focused on introduction to transistors, in other parts there are presented ways of characterization and their procedures, especially static and dynamic characteristics of both inorganic and organic transistors. In the last part of the thesis the knowledge from the previous chapters of the work is implemented. |
