| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá respiračními viry. V teoretické části je nejdříve vysvětleno, co jsou viry. Poté rozdělení druhů respiračních virů, z toho je největší část věnována viru chřipky, a nové respirační virové nákazy. V praktické části je pak popsán postup vyšetření respiračních virů. Praktická část je rozdělena na přímý a nepřímý průkaz viru, je zde také popsaná chřipková sezóna v roce 2015/2016. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor ´s thesis focuses on respiratory viruses. The theoretical section first defines viruses in general. Secondly, it explains in details the types of respiratory viruses, while focusing primarily on the flu virus. Lastly, covering new respiratory viral infections. The practical section of the thesis illustrates an examination procedure of respiratory viruses. The practical section is divided into the part about a direct detection of virus and the part about an indirect detection of virus. In this section I also elaborate on the flu season of 2015/2016. |
