| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nejmodernější formou podnikání na internetu s názvem infopodnikání. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí, v teoretické části autor představuje pojem infopodnikání a vysvětluje jeho filozofii, v této části práce se autor dále zaměřuje na řízení vztahů se zákazníkem a online marketing. V praktické části autor vypracovává a spouští konkrétní infopodnikatelský model. Autor představuje konkrétní kroky, jak získal efektivní zdroj návštěvnosti svého webu přes placenou reklamu, dále zmiňuje aplikované systémy CRM, vyhodnocuje efektivitu modelu a měří spokojenost zákazníků a provádí analýzu trhu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is aimed on the most modern form of entrepreneurship on the internet called content marketing. This thesis is divided into two main parts, in the theoretical part the author introduces the term content marketing and explains its philosophy. The author also aims on customer relationship management and online marketing. In the practical part of this thesis is developed and launched own content marketing business model. The author introduces concrete steps how he gained visitors of his website through effective commercials and he mentions applied CRM systems. Then the author also evaluates the efficiency of this business model and measures customers' satisfaction and performs market analyses. |
