dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je analýza a řízení nákladů a kalkulací podniku. Hlavním cílem této práce je analýza získaných dat za výrobní jednotku Plzeňsko a středisko těžba Kaznějovského lomu vhodně zvolenými metodami a na jejich základě vytvoření zhodnocení, popř. navržení doporučení pro další pozitivní vývoj. První část se zabývá teoretickým vymezením oblasti nákladů a kalkulací. Praktická část je soustředěna na představení společnosti LB Minerals, s.r.o., s bližším zaměřením na výrobní jednotku Plzeňska, v rámci níž je hlouběji analyzováno středisko těžba Kaznějovského závodu. Pro VJ byla sestavena horizontální a vertikální analýza. Činnosti provedené u analýzy střediska těžba lze rozdělit do dvou dílčích oblastí. První oblast se zabývá analýzou výkazů zisku a ztrát a plánů střediska, využita byla horizontální a vertikální analýza, nákladová kalkulace a metoda standardních nákladů. Druhá oblast obsahuje dva konkrétní návrhy pro zavedení nových technologií s nákladovým vyčíslením pro snížení nákladů a zvýšení efektivity v rámci střediska těžba Kaznějov s možností aplikace na celou VJ Plzeňsko.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on cost and calculation analysis in concrete company. The main aim of the thesis is to perform an analysis of the date provided by the production unit Plzensko, specifically by the extraction centre of Kaznejov quarry using suitably chosen methods, and to create an overall evaluation or to suggest appropriate recommendations for a positive future company development from the results of these methods. The first part of the thesis is devoted to a theoretical definition of the cost and calculation domain. The practical part deals with the LB Minerals Ltd company introduction. Moreover, the production unit Plzensko and the extraction centre of Kaznejov quarry have been closely analysed here. The horizontal and vertical analyses have been compiled for this production unit, while the analyses performed for the extraction centre have been divided into two sections. The first one is focused on the profit and loss analysis and the plan management of the unit. The horizontal and vertical analyses, the cost calculation and the standard cost method have been utilized to achieve the aim described above. Moreover, the second section of the extraction centre analyses consists of two specific suggestions for new technology integration where the cost calculation for cost reduction and efficiency increment has been executed for the extraction centre of Kaznejov quarry. The suggested innovation might be applied for the entire production unit Plzensko.en
