dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce na téma Obchodní plán podniku s využitím zahraničního obchodu je zaměřena na tvorbu obchodního plánu společnosti Wikov Gear s.r.o. a obsahuje dvě části. První část obsahuje teorii o procesu plánování, charakteristiku obchodního plánu jeho strukturu a obsah a popis zahraničního obchodu. Druhá praktická část obsahuje sestavení konkrétního obchodního plánu, je zde charakterizována společnost a popsána jejich převodovka Side Drive. Také obsahuje analýzu okolí a trhu, finanční plán, definici projektu pomocí logické rámcové matice a síťový graf. Poslední kapitola se zabývá analýzou rizik, které ohrožují realizaci projektu.cs
