| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje modelování podnikových procesů ve společnosti JTEKT Automotive Czech Plzen, s.r.o. a jejich následné simulaci. Pozornost je zaměřena na proces výroby systému řízení s elektrickým sloupkovým posilovačem. Cílem diplomové práce je vybraný proces popsat, s využitím modelovacího nástroje vytvořit jeho model a provést simulaci, která ověří efektivitu procesu. První část diplomové práce se zabývá teoretickými náležitostmi uvedené problematiky. Praktická část je věnována představení uvedené společnosti, popisu zmíněného procesu včetně důležitých dílčích procesů a vytvoření jejich modelů. Na základě těchto modelů je provedena simulace, která slouží k ověření efektivity procesů a využití lidských zdrojů. Dle výsledků simulace jsou učiněna opatření vedoucí k nárůstu produkce dílčích komponentů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with modelling business processes in the company JTEKT Automotive Czech Plzen s.r.o. and their subsequent simulation. Attention is focused on the production process of column electric power steering system. The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the selected process, create a model using a modeling tool and perform simulation, which verifies the effectiveness of the process. The first part deals with theoretical essentials of the thesis issues. The practical part is devoted to the presentation of that company, a description of that process, including the important sub-processes and the creation of their models. Based on these models, the simulation is performed, that is used to verify the effectiveness of processes and the utilization of human resources. Based on these simulation results, measures are taken leading to an increase in the production of sub-components. |
