| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kvality života nemocného s obstrukčním syndromem spánkové apnoe. Práce je rozdělená na dvě části. Část teoretická popisuje základní informace o kvalitě života, anatomii dýchacích cest, fyziologii spánku a jeho významu pro člověka. Největší kapitolu tvoří syndrom obstrukční spánkové apnoe. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu. Hlavním cílem práce je, zjistit, jaká je kvalita života nemocných s obstrukčním syndromem spánkové apnoe před a jak se změnila po chirurgické operaci. Dále založení sociální skupiny lidí se stejným onemocněním. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the quality of life of patients with obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome. It is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes essential information about the quality of life, includes chapters about the anatomy of respiratory tract and physiology of sleep and its importance for human. The most extensive chapter covers obstructive sleep apnoea. The practical part includes the results of quantitative research. The main aim of the thesis is to find out what the quality of life of patients with obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome is before surgery and how it changed after surgery. And then establishing a social group of people with the same illness. |
