| Abstract: | Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na možné optimalizace při procesu vyšívání. V této i dalších tradičních textilních technikách se při výrobě SMART textilií používají stále nové, elektricky vodivé materiály. První část práce je věnována seznámení se samotným procesem vyšívání a s používanými materiály v této oblasti. Stěžejní částí práce je návrh, realizace a charakterizace testovacích vyšitých vzorků. V praktické části pak byla pozornost věnována parametrům, které nejvíce ovlivňují výslednou vodivost trajektorií vyšitých motivů. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with possibilities of the optimization of the embroidery process. In the traditional as well as in the technique mentioned in thesis, SMART fabrics are used to produce new, electrically conductive materials. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the process of embroidering itself and the materials used in this area. The main part of the thesis consists of the design, implementation and characterization of the tested embroidered samples. In the practical part, attention was paid to the parameters that has the biggest influence on the trajectories of embroidered motifs. |
