| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je motivace a spokojenost zaměstnanců v KS-Europe s.r.o. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit motivaci a spokojenost zaměstnanců ve zvolené organizaci a navrhnout opatření pro zlepšení v dané oblasti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy motivace, pracovní motivace a pracovní spokojenost. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku organizace a jsou zde popsány současné nástroje k motivování zaměstnanců v dané oblasti. Dále jsou prezentovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření a jejich zhodnocení. Na základě zhodnocení dotazníkového šetření a interních materiálů je závěrečná kapitola věnována navrženým opatřením ke zlepšení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The subject of the bachelor thesis is the motivation and satisfaction of employees at KS-Europe s.r.o. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate motivation and satisfaction of employees at selected organization and suggest measures to improve the area. This study is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of motivation, work motivation and job satisfaction. The practical part contains the characteristics of the organization and describes the current tools for motivating employees in the given area. The results of the questionnaire survey and their evaluation are presented. Based on the evaluation of the questionnaire survey and internal materials, the final chapter is devoted to the proposed improvement measures. |
