V teoretické části jsou vyložené základní pojmy jako projekt, riziko, dělení rizik, projektový plán, logický rámec a další. Na to vždy navazuje praktická část, kde se poznatky z teoretické části aplikují na reálný projekt. Součástí této části je hlavně analýza rizik, vypracováním strategických plánů pro společnost a analýza citlivosti. | cs |
