dc.description.abstract-translatedThe paper examines role of additional risk parameter (Process Instruction Implementation (PII)) implemented into traditional Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA) methodology within the process risk management. The research was conducted on the case study using predefined risk factors of delivery process in selected large telecommunication company. To analyze the results, the Statistical FMEA were used to calculate responses from multiple respondents. The results show that the respondents state that process instructions have positive impact on process risks in general (however with high standard deviation of responses). SAFMEA-T table shows that the risk factor with highest Risk Priority Number was number 6. Salesmen send wrong products, followed by 3. SAP system stops working – both categorized as informational risks. The study also shows that the ranking of risk factors does not change significantly when the extended SAFMEA-T table is calculated.en
