| Abstract: | Článek pojednává o sporu mezi hrabětem Františkem Antonínem Šporkem (1662 – 1738) a jeho vlastním právníkem Václavem Xaverem Neumannem z Pucholtzu. Ten obvinil Šporka, že na něj připravoval nájemnou vraždu. Spor se táhl třicet let a hrabě byl nakonec nucen očistit se tzv. očistnou přísahou (juramentum purgatorium). |
| Abstract in different language: | This article discusses the cause which had Count Franz Anton Sporck (1662 – 1738) with his own lawyer Wenzel Xaver Neumann of Puchholtz. He accused Sporck of preparing contract killing on his person. The dispute dragged thirty years and the Count was eventually forced to purify himself through the judicial oath (juramentum purgatorium). |
