| Abstract: | Příspěvek se zabývá hodnocením stupně motorického vývoje a změnami v jeho úrovni u dítěte s onkologickou zátěží v závislosti na podstoupeném pohybovém programu. Realizace programu je v naší případové studii ovlivněna probíhajícím gliomem optiku (nádorovým onemocněním zrakového nervu). Primárně nás zajímá metodika a možnosti rozvoje koordinačních motorických schopností dítěte se zrakovým handicapem, a zda je možné pacienta s touto diagnózou testovat standardními metodami. Tento vliv byl posouzen testovou baterií Movement Assessment Battery for Children – Second Edition (MABC-2), která hodnotí motoriku a koordinaci u dětí a slouží k identifikaci motorických obtíží, či koordinačních poruch v jednotlivých věkových kategoriích. |
| Abstract in different language: | This study deals with the evaluation of motor development level and its changes in a child with oncological disease, depending on the undertaken motion program. The implementation of the program is in our case study influenced by the ongoing optic glioma (tumor of the optic nerve). We are primarily interested in the methodology and possibilities of developing the coordination motor skills of the child with visual impairment and whether a patient with this diagnosis can be tested by standard methods. This influence has been tested using Movement Assessment Battery for Children – Second Edition (MABC-2) which evaluates children's motor skills and coordination and helps to identify the motor or coordination problems in individual age categories. |
