| Abstract: | Článek byl napsán ke 400. výročí vzniku České konfederace a Česko-Rakouských konfederací v roce 1619. Mimo jiné se zabývá problematikou práva stavů na odpor proti panovníkovi. Der Artikel wurde anlässlich des 400-jährigen Bestehens der Böhmischer Konföderation und der Böhmisch-Österrechischer Konföderation im Jahre 1619 geschrieben. In dem Artikel ist auch die Frage des Rechts auf Widerstand der Stände gegen den Monarchen gelöst. |
