Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis is focused on functional structures implemented by Aerosol Jet system. The main aim of this work is to design, produce and test temperature sensor on yarn. The first part deals with methods of deposition of nanomaterials, especially with the Aerosol Jet technology. In the second part is described state of the art of temperature sensors on yarn. The experimental part describes design, used materials and manufacturing of a temperature sensor on yarn. The results of the measurement in the climatic chamber show that the printed sensor has a good dynamic properties, repeatability and low dependence on relative humidity. A negative temperature coefficient was observed. Printed sensors with mentioned properties could be a next step to implementation of electronics into textile, usable in smart textiles or health care. |
