| Abstract: | Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh a realizaci automatického pracoviště pro ohýbání vodičů s využitím průmyslového robota s cílem nahradit pracovníky z výrobního procesu. Úvodní kapitola obsahuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti průmyslových robotů - jejich druhy, vlastnosti, výhody/nevýhody. Praktická část práce se zabývá mechanickým návrhem pracoviště, popisem elektronických řízení a stavbou obslužného programu. Zahrnuje také stručný popis využitého programovacího prostředí. V závěrečné kapitole je vypracován technicko-ekonomický posudek, který pojednává nad výhodami využití robotického pracoviště oproti lidské pracovní síle. Závěrem byla stanovena doba návratnosti implementace pracoviště. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis is focused on design and realization of automatic workplace for bending wires using industrial robot in order to replace workers from the production process. The introductory chapter contains theoretical knowledge of industrial robots - their types, properties, advantages / disadvantages. The practical part deals with the mechanical design of the workplace, the description of electronic control and the construction of the control program. It also includes a brief description of the programming environment used. In the final chapter is made a technical-economic study, which discusses the advantages and disadvantages of using a robotic workplace compared to the human workforce. In the end, using the technical-economic study is set the payback period of the workplace implementation. |
