| Abstract: | Předkládaná diplomová práce pojednává o optimalizaci procesů společnosti Škoda Transportation a.s. Popisuje jednotlivé metody pro optimalizaci procesů, nastiňuje iniciativu Průmysl 4.0. a současný trend digitalizace. V práci je zmíněn koncept digitalizace podniků pomocí informačních systémů, a to konkrétně pomocí informačního systému DCIx plzeňské společnosti Aimtec a.s., která toto řešení dodala do skladů společnosti Škoda Transportation a.s. Práce popisuje výchozí stav, průběh projektu digitalizace, výsledky a přínosy implementace systému DCIx do jejich skladů. |
| Abstract in different language: | Presented thesis deals with process optimization of the company Škoda Transportation a.s. It depicts methods for process optimization, industry 4.0 and the current trend of digitization. The thesis mentions the basic concept of digitization using information systems, concretely using the DCIx information system of the Pilsen company Aimtec a.s. which supplied this system to the warehouse of company Škoda Transportation a.s. Thesis also describes the initial state in the warehouse, the project of digitization, the results and benefits of implementing the DCIx system in the warehouse. |
