| Abstract: | Obsahem rigorózní práce je popis historického vývoje právní úpravy konkursního řízení v českých zemích do roku 1950. V úvodní části jsou popsány počátky konkursního práva ve starověkém Římě. Následující kapitola je zaměřena na vývoj zkoumané právní úpravy v českých zemích a v závěrečné kapitole jsou popsány základní zásady a průběh konkursního řízení podle konkursního řádu z roku 1931. |
| Abstract in different language: | The content of this doctoral thesis is a description of the historical development of the legal regulation of bankruptcy proceedings in the Czech lands until 1950. The first part describes the beginnings of bankruptcy law in ancient Rome. The following chapter is focused on the development of the examined legislation in the Czech lands and the final chapter describes the basic principles and course of bankruptcy proceedings under the bankruptcy order of 1931. |
