| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce na téma Ošetřovatelská péče o klienta s traumatem v orofaciální oblasti se zabývá problematikou ošetřování nemocných po úrazech v oblasti úst a obličeje. Teoretická část této práce obsahuje informace, které jsou pro všeobecnou sestru důležité k poznání specifičnosti ošetřování osob s tímto druhem poranění. A k porozumění potřeb, které je nutno saturovat, pro pochopení úkonů vedoucích k naprosté rovnováze bio-psycho-sociální a spirituální osobnosti jedince. V druhé části bakalářské práce se věnuji aplikaci teoretických znalostí v praxi. Účelově si vybírám 2 klienty s tímto druhem traumatu a individuálně stanovuji ošetřovatelské problémy a na základě intervencí se je snaţím řešit a poté hodnotím, zda ohnisko zásahu bylo zvoleno správně a problém byl zvládnut díky ošetřovatelskému procesu. V samotném závěru poukazuji na důležité postavení všeobecné sestry v procesu prevence, diagnostiky i léčby poranění orofaciální oblasti. Nastiňuji řešení pro zlepšení praxe. Také zdůrazňuji důležitost znalosti specifik, které obnáší péče o klienta s traumatem v orofaciální oblasti a které by měla všeobecná sestra bezesporu znát a využívat v praxi. Toto téma jsem si zvolila proto, že mám zájem v budoucnu pracovat na oddělení traumatologie. |
| Abstract in different language: | Bachelor thesis on nursing care for clients with trauma in the orofacial area deals with the care of patients after injuries in the mouth and face. The theoretical part of this work contains information that is relevant to general nurse to know specificity of treating people with this type of injury. And understanding needs to be saturated, for understanding the actions leading to a complete balance of bio-psycho-social and spiritual personality of the individual. In the second part of the thesis is devoted to the application of theoretical knowledge in practice. Assigned I choose 2 clients with this type of trauma and the individual sets of nursing problems and interventions are based on trying to solve them and then are whether the focus of intervention was chosen correctly and the problem was handled through the nursing process. At the very end point to the importance of general nurses in the process of prevention, diagnosis and treatment of injuries of the orofacial region. And outlines solutions to improve practice. Also emphasize the importance of specific knowledge, which involves caring for clients with trauma in the orofacial area and that should definitely know the general nurse and used in practice. The theme I chose from the interest in future work at the Department of Traumatology. |
