| Abstract: | V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsem popsala anatomii oka, zrakové funkce, objasnila termín oftalmopedie, klasifikaci podle stupně zrakového postižení a seznámila s problematikou rodiny s nevidomým členem. V závěru teoretické části jsem věnovala pozornost pojmu edukace, komunikačním a průvodcovským zásadám, úpravám prostředí ve zdravotnickém zařízení a nastiňuji rozsáhlou síť organizací pro zrakově postižené klienty. Pro praktickou část bakalářské práce jsem zvolila kvantitativní výzkum pomocí dotazníků. Dotazníky byly vytvořeny pro všeobecné sestry a pro nevidomé klienty, kteří již mají zkušenost se zdravotnickým zařízením. Prvním cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, zda všeobecné sestry edukují nevidomé klienty a zda jejich odpovědi potvrdí výsledky výzkumného šetření ze strany nevidomých klientů. Druhým cílem bylo zjistit jakou konkrétní osobu či zdroj informací považují nevidomí klienti za hlavního edukátora. |
| Abstract in different language: | In the theoretical part of the Bachelor thesis I described the anatomy of the eye, visual functions, clarify the term visual impairment, classification according to the degree of visual impairment, and met with the issue of families with a member of the blind. In conclusion, the theoretical part, I dedicated attention to the concept of education, communication and guide principles, modify the environment in medical equipment and I outlined a large network of organizations for the visually impaired clients. For the practical part of the Bachelor thesis I chose quantitative research using questionnaires. The questionnaires have been created for general nurses and for the blind clients who already have experience with the medical device. The first target of Bachelor thesis was to determine whether the General nurses educate blind clients and whether their answers shall confirm the results of the research investigation on the part of the blind clients. The second target was to find out what a specific person or a source of information be construed as blind clients for the main educationer. |
