| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce zabývající se představou studentů a sester o finančním ohodnocení všeobecné sestry má dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V úvodu teoretické části se zabývám historií odměňování všeobecných sester. Dále charakterizuji plat a složky, které ho tvoří. V další kapitole se věnuji platovým třídám, které náleží všeobecným sestrám, platovým stupňům a tarifům. Ve stručnosti se věnuji povolání všeobecné sestry, roli sestry a způsobilosti k výkonu povolání, dále krátce popisuji kompetence všeobecné sestry a prestiž sesterského povolání. Nakonec se zmiňuji o práci a finančním ohodnocení všeobecných sester v zahraničí. Praktická část je prováděna formou dotazníkového šetření, dotazníky jsou zaměřeny na studenty oboru všeobecná sestra a všeobecné sestry. Cílem bylo zjistit jejich představu o finančním ohodnocení a znalosti faktorů, které finanční ohodnocení ovlivňují. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis, which deals with the notion of students and nurses about financial remuneration of a general nurse, has two distinct parts, theoretical and practical. In the beginning of the theoretical part, I am describing the history of the financial remuneration of general nurses. Subsequently, I characterize the salary and its contents. In the next chapter I endeavor to describe salary grades which belong to general nurses, salary levels and last but not least salary tariffs. In abbreviation, I am trying to characterize the profession of general nurse, the role of nurse and the eligibility to the professional conduct. Then, I describe shortly competences of general nurse and the prestige of her profession. In the end, I mention the work and financial remuneration of general nurses in abroad. Practical part is implemented through questionnaire which is focused on students of the degree course general nurse. The goal of this research represented their notion about financial remuneration and the knowledge of factors which influence the financial remuneration. |
