dc.description.abstractTématem mé bakalářské práce je Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s chronickou ránou. Teoretická část mé práce se zabývá definicí a popisem chronické rány, etiologií vzniku ran, rozdělením a hojením ran, léčbou chronických ran, edukací a specifiky ošetřovatelské péče o nemocné s chronickou ránou. V praktické části jsou zpracovány dvě kazuistiky, kde se zaměřuji na ošetřovatelskou péči a edukaci pacientů s chronickou ránou.cs
