| Abstract: | Tématem mé bakalářské práce je Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s chronickou ránou. Teoretická část mé práce se zabývá definicí a popisem chronické rány, etiologií vzniku ran, rozdělením a hojením ran, léčbou chronických ran, edukací a specifiky ošetřovatelské péče o nemocné s chronickou ránou. V praktické části jsou zpracovány dvě kazuistiky, kde se zaměřuji na ošetřovatelskou péči a edukaci pacientů s chronickou ránou. |
| Abstract in different language: | The topic of my Bachelor thesis is The Nursing care of a patient with a chronical wound. The theoretical part of my Bachelor thesis is about the definition and description of a chronical wound, etiology of origin of the wounds, dividing and healing of wounds, healing of wounds, education and specification of the Nursing care of patients with a chronical wound. In the practical part are shown two case interpretations where I focus on the nursing care and education of patients with a chronical wound. |
