| Abstract: | Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se rozhodla věnovat pacientům se zhoubným one-mocněním varlete a roli sestry v péči o tyto pacienty. Zaměřila jsem se na hlavní ošetřova-telské problémy u těchto pacientů hospitalizovaných a léčených na Onkologické a radiote-rapeutické klinice Fakultní nemocnice Plzeň - Lochotín. Teoretická část je zaměřena na seznámení s obecnou onkologií - diagnostikou, léčbou, prevencí, psychikou pacientů, výživou a péčí o intravenózní porty, které se užívají při onkologické léčbě čím dál častěji. Dále jsem specifikovala nádorového onemocnění varlete, kde jsem zmínila diagnostiku, léčbu a dělení těchto nádorů. V praktické části jsem zpracovala 3 kazuistiky, ve kterých jsem použila model funkčních vzorců zdraví dle Marjory Gordonové. Ze zjištěných údajů jsem zmapovala nej-častější potíže pacientů s nádorovým onemocněním varlete a jejich řešení. Následně jsem jako výstup mé bakalářské práce vytvořila brožuru pro pacienty s tímto nádorovým one-mocněním, kde jsem se zaměřila především na možné nežádoucí účinky onkologické léčby a jejich snadnější zvládnutí. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis focuses on patient diagnosed with a malignant testicular tumor and the nurse's role in taking care of these patients. It targets on the main nursing problems with these patients hospitalized and treated in the Clinic of Oncology and Radiation Therapy of the University Hospital in Pilsen. The theoretical part presents general oncology, especially diagnostics, treatment, prevention , psychological state of patients, nutrition and care of intravenous ports, which are used more and more often. In addition, the term of testicular tumor is specified, and diagnosis, treatment and division of these tumors is mentioned. The practical part includes three case histories, where Marjory Gordon's functional health patterns are used. According to the data, the most frequent problems of the patients with malignant testicular tumor and their solution is mapped. As a result of the thesis, a leaflet for these patients is made focusing mainly on the possible undesired side effects of the oncology treatment and their better managing. |
