| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce mapuje jednotlivá specifika ošetřovatelské péče o nemocné s demencí v domácím prostředí. Zabývá se oblastmi, ve kterých mohou vznikat potencionální komplikace, které narušují léčbu. Praktická část bakalářské práce obsahuje kazuistiku o polymorbidním pacientovi s diagnózou demence. Výstupem do praxe je informativní článek pro širokou veřejnost o dané problematice do odborného časopisu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis maps the specifics of nursing care of people ill with dementia in home environment. It deals with areas where there are possibilites of potential obstacles which can disrupt the care. Bachelor thesis' practical part consists of casuistry about polymorbid patient with diagnosis of dementia. The practical output is an informative article for professional magazine regarding the problematics for the general public. |
