| Abstract: | Teoretická část bakalářské práce vysvětluje důležité pojmy týkající se tématu transkulturního ošetřovatelství a zabývá se pěti konkrétními kulturami, jež vyžadují specifický přístup. V praktické části je popsán průběh kvantitativního průzkumného šetření, jehož se účastnili nelékařští zdravotničtí pracovníci a jeho výsledky jsou následně graficky zpracovány. Výsledky dotazníku odhalují nedostatky v systému vzdělávání, přístupu zdravotníků a organizaci nemocnic. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis explains important concepts that involve the subject of multicultural nursing. It deals with 5 specific cultures, which need a special approach. The process of quantitative reconnaissance survey is explained in the practical part. The survey involves non-physician medical practitioners and its results are graphically processed. The results of the survey show deficits in the system of education, approach of health care professionals and in the organization of hospitals. |
