| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce na téma Ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta s Crohnovou chorobou se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je stručně popsána anatomie zažívacího traktu, dále se práce zabývá charakteristikou, diagnostikou, komplikacemi a léčbou Crohnovy choroby. V další kapitole je probrána péče o pacienty s chirurgickým způsobem léčby. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na kvalitativní výzkumné šetření. V praktické části jsou podrobně rozebrány kazuistiky dvou mladých žen, které jsou zpracovány dle modelu funkčních vzorců zdraví Marjory Gordonové. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis on the nursing process by a patient with Crohn´s disease consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part there is briefly described the anatomy of digestive part, the thesis deals with the characteristics, diagnostics, complications and treatment of Crohn´s disease. The next chapter deals with the treatment of patients with surgical treatment. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is focused on qualitative research. In the practical part, the case studies of two young women, which are processed according to Marjory Gordon´s model of functional health patterns, are analyzed in detail. |
