| Abstract: | Jako téma mojí bakalářské práce jsem si vybrala specifika ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů s diabetickou nohou. V teoretické části popisuji onemocnění diabetes mellitus, syndrom diabetické nohy a specifika ošetřovatelské péče. V praktické části popisuji dvě kazuistiky zabývající se diabetickými defekty, péči o pacienty i edukací nemocných. V diskuzi provádím porovnávání mezi jednotlivými kazuistikami. Jako výstup do praxe jsem vytvořila návrh edukačního letáku. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the nurse care particularity in terms of diabetic foot patients. Diabetes mellitus ,diabetic foot syndrom and relevant particularity of nursing care and treatment are described in the theoretic part. Practical part contains two kazuistics dealing with diabetics defects,pacient care and education. Particular kazuistics are compared in the discussion. As a result for practical purposes I have created a proposal of educational leaflet. |
