| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na pohybovou aktivitu v těhotenství a její vliv na graviditu. Je rozdělena do dvou částí - část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje těhotenství, jednotlivé trimestry, těhotenské obtíže a různé druhy pohybové aktivity vhodné pro těhotné ženy. Praktická část je zaměřena na vyhodnocení situace pohybové aktivity v České republice mezi těhotnými ženami. Výsledkem této práce je zjištění, že větší procento těhotných žen se ve své graviditě aktivně nevěnuje žádné pohybové aktivitě z různých důvodů, které jsou uvedeny v praktické části. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on physical activity in pregnancy and its effect on pregnancy. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the pregnancy, the individual trimesters, difficulties with pregnancy associated and various types of physical activities suitable for pregnant women. The practical part is focused on the evaluation of the situation of physical activities in the Czech Republic among pregnant women. The result of this work is the finding out that a larger percentage of the pregnant women in your gravidity does not actively physical activity for various reasons that are referred to in the practical part. |
