| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části - na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se skládá z teorie Crohnovy choroby. Zabývá se výskytem, příčinami, průběhem, diagnostikou, léčbou, nezbytnou dietou a možnostmi reprodukce s touto chorobou. V praktické části, která doplňuje teoretickou část, jsou podrobně popsány kazuistiky respondentů, kteří Crohnovou chorobou onemocněli. Jsou zde popsány také jejich pocity při zjištění Crohnovy choroby. Analýza, interpretace a hodnocení dat v empirické části práce přináší informace o stupni kvality života jedinců s Crohnovou chorobou. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bacherlor thesis is dividend into two parts - the theoretical part and the empirical part. the theoretical art describes Crohn's dinase theory. It contains a description of occurrence of this disease, its causes, its proces, its diagnostics, its therapy, neccesary diet nd patient's abilities to reproduce. The empirici part describes in details two case reports of patiens uffering from Crohn's disease. Analysis, interpretation and evaluation of data ij the empirici part of the paper providens informatik on the degrese of quality of life in individuals with Crohn's disease. |
