| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce nese název CrossFit a jeho využití ve sportovní přípravě adolescentů. Bakalářská práce obsahuje teoretické kapitoly, které jsou zaměřené na základní terminologii, vznik a vývoj Crossfitu ve světě a v České republice, rozvoj sportovní výkonnosti adolescentů, charakteristiku výzkumného šetření a dále část popisující průběh výzkumu a zpracování výsledků výzkumu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The Bc.Thesis's name is CrossFit and its utilization in the sport education of teenagers. The thesis is composed of two parts. The theoretical part, which contain chapters focused on the basic terminology, formation and development of CrossFit both in the Czech Republic and the whole world,furhter on there is also part describing the development of the sport performance of teenagers and the description of research methods. The practical part describes the research itself and the evaluation of the research results. |
