| Abstract: | Stať pojednává o novém vymezení úlohy digitální technické mapy ČR ve vazbě na elektronizaci agend veřejné správy. Jmenovitě se jedná o digitalizaci stavebního řízení. Nově vymezená Digitální technická mapa ČR je definována jako geografická databáze objektů staveb a inženýrských děl na povrchu i v podzemí, pokud jde o objekty staveb dopravní a technické infrastruktury. Toto pojetí předpokládá nové ukotvení v legislativě České republiky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The article deals with a new definition of the Digital Technical Map of the Czech Republic in relation with the electronization of public administration agendas. Namely, it refers to digitization of building management. The new Digital Technical Map is defined as a geographic database of structures and objects of technical infrastructure on the surface and in the underground. This concept presupposes a corresponding anchor in the legislation of the Czech Republic. |
