| Abstract: | Práce se věnuje problematice termochemie. Popisuje reakční teplo a jak jej vypočítat. V teoretické části jsou popsány standardní slučovací a spalné entalpie. Stručně rozebírá termochemické zákony: Lavoisierův-Laplaceův zákon, Hessův zákon a Kirchhoffův zákon. Praktická část se věnuje srovnání výsledků studentů kurzu fyzikální chemie a jednotlivých typů úloh z termochemie. Práce obsahuje vyhodnocení testových úloh a dotazníku, které byli vyplněny studenty oboru chemie na FPE ZČU v Plzni. Jsou zde popsány vybrané učebnice chemie pro ZŠ a SŠ, které obsahují kapitoly věnující se termochemii. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on thermochemistry issues. The enthalpy and how to calculate the enthalpy are described in this work. In the theoretical part are described standard enthalpy of formation and enthalpy of combustion. Briefly, the rules of thermochemistry such as Lavoisier and Laplace's law, Hess' law, and Kirchhoffs' law are described as well. The practical part is dedicated to the comparison of students' results. Students were participants of the Physical Chemistry course at the Faculty of Education, the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. The evaluation of the students' test tasks and questionnaires is included in this thesis as well. Finally, in this work selected chemistry textbooks for secondary school and high school containing thermochemistry chapters are listed. |
