| Abstract: | Tato práce se zaobírá gymnastickými cvičeními, které je možno použít formou hry a zábavy. Cílem této práce je vytvoření zásobníku cvičení, které budou děti dělat rády, a to sami od sebe. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části je shrnut termín gymnastika, hra, volnočasová aktivita a gymnastické názvosloví. Druhá část obsahuje zásobník vybraných cvičení pro děti formou hry a zábavy. Vybraná cvičení jsou fotodokumentována a popsána. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work is preoccupied with gymnastics exercises that can be used in the form of play and entertainment. The aim of this work is to create a reservoir of exercise that children will enjoy doing, on their own. The work is divided into two parts. The first section summarizes the term gymnastics, play, leisure activity and gymnastics naming. The second part contains a stack of selected exercises for children in the form of play and entertainment. Selected exercises are photo-documented and described. |
