| Abstract: | V teoretické části práce se budu zabývat rozdělením motoricko - funkčních schopností a jejich rozvojem. V práci se nachází kapitoly věnované plavání dále se v práci budu zabývat základními pohybovými dovednosti a schopnosti, motorickým učením a rozdělením věkových a vývojích specifik plavců. Praktická část je věnována jednotlivých motoricko - funkčních cviků vzhledem k dovednostem v plavání. Dále je praktická část zaměřena na prezentaci jednotlivých cviků pro rozvoj motoricko - funkčních cvičení pro rozvoj silových, vytrvalostních, rychlostních a koordinačních schopností v plavání, aplikace jednotlivých cviků pro rozvoj dovedností v plavání a využití fotodokumentace. |
| Abstract in different language: | In the theoretical part of the work I will deal with the division of motor - functional abilities and their development. There are chapters devoted to swimming, I will deal with the basic movement skills and abilities, motor learning and the distribution of age and development of the specifics of swimmers. The practical part is devoted to individual motor - functional exercises with respect to swimming skills. Furthermore, the practical part focuses on the presentation of individual exercises for the development of motor - functional exercises for the development of strength, endurance, speed and coordination skills in swimming, the application of individual exercises for the development of skills in swimming and the use of photo documentation. |
