| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zmapování specifik ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta s onemocněním štítné žlázy, která je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá anatomií a fyziologií, hyperfunkcí a hypofunkcí, kde je specifikován průběh, příznaky, diagnostika a léčba. Dále se zabývá nádory štítné žlázy, akutními stavy a specifiky ošetřovatelské péče, která je rozdělena na obecnou, předoperační a pooperační péči. Prak-tická část obsahuje rozhovor s třemi respondenty a každý z nich je nemocný jinou formou onemocnění štítné žlázy. Poté byly vypracovány kazuistiky spolu s polostrukturovaným roz-hovorem. V této části práce, bylo záměrem zjistit specifika ošetřovatelské péče a informo-vanost o této problematice. Toto téma jsem si zvolila proto, že je mi blízké a jedná se o velmi diskutované téma. Při zpracování rozhovoru byl zjištěn značný nedostatek informací a ne-správné dodržování režimových a léčebných opatření. Proto jsem jako výstup do praxe vy-tvořila mapu ošetřovatelské péče o pacienta, který je indikován k thyreoidektomii. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on mapping the specifics of nursing care for a patient with thyroid disease, which is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with anatomy and physiology, hyperfunction and hypofunction, where the course, symptoms, diagnostics and treatment are specified. It also deals with thyroid tumors, acute conditions and specifics of nursing care, which is divided into general, preoperative and po-stoperative care. The practical part includes an interview with 3 respondents and each of them is ill with a different form of thyroid disease. Then we worked out the case reports together with a semi-structured interview. In this part, the intention was to find out the spe-cifics of nursing care and awareness of this issue. I choose this topic because it is a close to me, and very discussed topic. During the interview, a significant lack of information and incorrect adherence to regimen and treatment measures were found. Therefore, as an output into practice, I created a map of nursing care of a patient, which is indicated for thyroi-dectomy. |
