| Abstract: | Teoretická část mé bakalářské práce pojednává o problematice plodnosti dnešní, moderní doby. V jednotlivých kapitolách je přiblížena anatomie a fyziologie pohlavních orgánů ženy a muže, proces oplození, diagnostika a léčba neplodnosti, a v neposlední řadě kompetence porodní asistentky v této oblasti. Cílem praktické části je zjistit, jaký je názor laické veřejnosti na problematiku plodnosti. Dále jak by se respondenti zachovali, kdyby se v této situaci ocitli, a zda ví o faktorech, které mají vliv na plodnost. Dle výsledků výzkumu má životní styl vliv na plodnost a pouze jedna třetina respondentů by změnila svůj životní styl, kdyby se ocitli v situaci, že jim nejde počít. |
| Abstract in different language: | The theoretical part of this bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of fertility in modern times. In the chapters there is a description of the anatomy and physiology of the female and male genitals organs, the process of fertilization, the diagnosis and treatment of infertility, and last but not at least the competences of the midwife in this field. The aim of the practical part is to find out the opinion of the public on fertility issues. In addition, how respondents would behave if they were in this situation and whether they knew about the factors affecting fertility. According to research results, lifestyle affects fertility and only one third of respondents wouhd change their way of life if they found themeselves unable to conceive. |
